Easy Overnight Oats
The easy fix for a morning on the run. Toss some oats with plant based or almond milk in a mason jar with your favourite seeds and superfoods and take away the next day to work. Add some fresh fruit and nut butter and you will be set until lunchtime.
INGREDIENTS
5 Tbsp GF oats
1 Tbsp chia seeds
120ml plant based milk
1/2 Tbsp goji berries
1/2 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
A pinch of cinnamon
Topping
Fresh blueberries
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine all ingredients in a mason jar or glass container, place the lid and store in the fridge overnight.
2. The next day, top with berries, take away and enjoy chilled.
