Healthy Restaurants in Lisbon

Teaming with cosy hip coffee shops in every corner, the once port of departure of the great explorer Vasco da Gama has unquestionably become one of my top healthy stopovers. Whether you are in for a nice sip of roasted coffee in a surf store or a mindblowing perfectly poached egg surrounded by plants, Lisbon has it; I call it brunch heaven. Surely one of the many things I miss of living there, that and the runs along the incredible embankment of the river Tejo.
