Glutenfree Pasta Arrabiata
Your best friend when that pasta crave kicks in. Easy, fast, and delicious. This tagliatelle dish will leave you happy, satisfied and without a bloated stomach, because going gluten free has its benefits.
INGREDIENTS
1 portion of homemade tomato sauce
Gluten free pasta (I use tagliatelle)
1 red chili
1 garlic clove
A handful of fresh coriander leaves
Crushed brazil nuts or walnuts
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Bring water to boil in a medium pot. Meanwhile, in a small pan over medium heat heat the olive oil. Add the finely chopped chili and garlic and sauté until tender.
2. Add the pasta to the boiling water with a pinch of salt, and cook until al dente (cooked to be firm to bite). Add the tomato sauce to the chili and garlic and bring to a low simmer for 10 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
3. Drain and rinse the pasta and sprinkle with some olive oil. Top with the tomato chili sauce, a handful of fresh coriander leaves and crushed brazil nuts or walnuts and enjoy right away.
