When I started converting to a gluten free and anti inflammatory diet my pantry looked very different from today. As a professional chef, I had all types of ingredients imaginable. I personally started with the essentials, such as oats and quinoa and gradually added more foods as I figured out my favourite alternatives.

A great trick is to store ingredients in sealed glass jars which helps you scan your pantry quickly while improvising in the kitchen, as well as lengthening their shelf life. Let's get cooking!
